To support you on your grounding journey, we offer a 1-Year Warranty on all SimplyEarthing™ Grounding Sheets.

Why Our Sheets Last

SimplyEarthing™ Grounding Sheets are built with:

  • Stainless-steel conductive threads — far more durable than silver or carbonized fibers

  • Tight-weave construction for structural integrity

  • Low-frequency washing tolerance — sheets only need washing every 2–3 months

This ensures:

  • Strong, long-lasting conductivity

  • Minimal maintenance

  • A typical lifespan of 1+ years under normal care

What the Warranty Covers

This warranty protects against:

✓ Loss of conductivity due to manufacturing defects
If your sheet stops grounding due to an issue with the conductive fibers or construction, it’s covered.

✓ Faults in materials or workmanship
This includes conductive pattern integrity and structural defects that appear despite proper care.

✓ Performance issues within 1 year
If your sheet no longer functions as intended (and has been cared for correctly), we will make it right.

What the Warranty Does NOT Cover

Warranty eligibility is tied to proper care. The following will void coverage:

✗ Use of bleach or fabric softeners (damages conductive fibers)
✗ Washing more frequently than recommended (every 2–3 months)
✗ High-heat drying (air-dry or low heat only)
✗ Physical or accidental damage: rips, tears, burns, pet damage, or overheating
✗ Improper grounding setup (non-approved adapters, incorrect outlets, etc.)

Normal wear and tear from proper use is not covered if it exceeds expected lifespan or care guidelines.

How Long the Warranty Lasts

Your SimplyEarthing™ Grounding Sheet is covered for 1 year from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Provide Your Order Number — confirms purchase date and eligibility

  2. Send Photos Showing the Issue — clear images of any visible fault or concern

  3. If the Issue Is Loss of Conductivity

    • You may send the sheet back at your expense for testing

    • If confirmed as a manufacturing defect, SimplyEarthing™ will cover return shipping costs and process the warranty outcome

  4. Warranty Outcome

    • Replacement sheet — OR —

    • Store credit of equal value

SimplyEarthing™ reserves the right to choose the most appropriate resolution based on the nature of the issue.

How We Define “Performing as Intended”

A SimplyEarthing™ grounding sheet is considered functional when:

  • It conducts a measurable electrical connection to earth

  • Verified using a multimeter, continuity tester, or equivalent device

Subjective effects (sleep, energy, pain relief, etc.) are not included in warranty coverage.
