Claims must be submitted within 90 days of delivery.

Return Shipping

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will provide guidance for returning the product if required.

Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed defective.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item (if applicable), refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds may be issued as store credit or original payment, depending on the situation.

Non-Defective Items

Please note: Due to international shipping, we cannot accept returns for change-of-mind items.
